Payroll Specialist

Candidates should have proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role, proficiency in Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll, strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, and the ability to handle confidential financial and payroll information with integrity.
The Bookkeeper & Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, processing payroll, accurately entering financial transactions into Zoho Books, reconciling bank and credit card statements, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting in generating financial reports, maintaining and updating employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and payroll regulations, assisting with audits, tax filings, and end-of-year financial reporting, and working with the finance team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
