Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Billing Specialist, you will manage Hubspot billing requests with accuracy and timeliness, maintain accurate customer subscription records, process subscription changes, generate and distribute customer invoices, handle billing inquiries, reconcile billing data, support revenue reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for documenting billing policies and procedures, assisting with month-end close, and supporting the Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance teams.
