Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
  • Experience in Biotechnology related hardware, software, and consumables
  • Good at building trust with customers and peers by coordinating and presenting solutions, considering insights from other internal teams
  • Positive attitude and ability to embrace change
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluency in two or more European languages
  • Previous experience in technical sales (field or desk based) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact in EMEA for all technical inquiries related to the Bioprocess portfolio, from upstream to downstream technologies
  • Lead technical discussions with customers and troubleshoot technical/application issues on the full Cytiva Bioprocess product portfolio
  • Work in Salesforce (SFDC) Case Management
  • Ensure timely written and/or verbal communication to internal and external customers specific to product
  • Drive urgent resolution for customer product complaints while maintaining accurate records in the digital Quality Management System; escalate critical risk complaints as appropriate
  • Assist external and internal customers with product documentation, certificates, validation guides, datasheets, regulatory related inquiries, etc
  • Work desk-based with occasional customer visits
