Requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
Experience in Biotechnology related hardware, software, and consumables
Good at building trust with customers and peers by coordinating and presenting solutions, considering insights from other internal teams
Positive attitude and ability to embrace change
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Fluency in two or more European languages
Previous experience in technical sales (field or desk based) is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact in EMEA for all technical inquiries related to the Bioprocess portfolio, from upstream to downstream technologies
Lead technical discussions with customers and troubleshoot technical/application issues on the full Cytiva Bioprocess product portfolio
Work in Salesforce (SFDC) Case Management
Ensure timely written and/or verbal communication to internal and external customers specific to product
Drive urgent resolution for customer product complaints while maintaining accurate records in the digital Quality Management System; escalate critical risk complaints as appropriate
Assist external and internal customers with product documentation, certificates, validation guides, datasheets, regulatory related inquiries, etc
Work desk-based with occasional customer visits
