Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in billing or invoicing, demonstrating proven skills in billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable roles. They must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks (required) and Monday.com (preferred), excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration, the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in a similar industry or service-based environment and familiarity with payment processing systems and financial reporting are also required.

Responsibilities

The Billing Specialist will manage billing processes for 40-50 Comb & Care accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment receipt, take full responsibility for the invoicing process including obtaining log sheets, generating itemized invoices, collaborate with clients on payment facilitation, review aging accounts weekly, follow up on overdue payments, submit weekly reports summarizing billing activities, input billing data into Monday.com, and oversee the billing aspect of services rendered to ensure compliance with company standards.
