Job Description: Finance Associate

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

The Finance Associate will be responsible for managing digital advertising budgets, creating invoices, and maintaining client product information to ensure accurate billing data. This role involves handling a large volume of data and requires strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital advertising budgets and spend.
  • Follow established processes to create invoices.
  • Address client inquiries regarding their products and invoices.
  • Maintain client product information to ensure billing data is current and accurate.
  • Download monthly billing reports, verify amounts, and create billing files for upload to the accounting system.
  • Create and verify manual invoices throughout the month.
  • Manage large volumes of data.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and experience using Excel, including managing large data sets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
  • Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage 50, Quickbooks, or similar.
  • Rigor and methodology in work.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability toward problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Autonomous work ethic.
  • Good team player.
  • Highly computer literate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising/marketing (strongly preferred).
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual (French and English).

Salary Range

$63,400.00 - $77,650.00
