Billing Specialist

Position Overview

NeuraFlash is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a few years of hands-on billing experience, preferably in a professional services environment using the NetSuite system. A background in bookkeeping is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure billing aligns with project contracts, purchase orders, and service delivery milestones.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to revenue and billing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of billing transactions.
• Collaborate with project managers and the finance team to streamline billing processes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Professional Services billing experience is required.
• Bookkeeping experience is required.
• NetSuite billing experience for Professional Services is required.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
