Udacity, now an Accenture company, is seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is focused on ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial compliance across the company's operations. The specialist will manage the full billing cycle for customers and lead the customer collections process, proactively monitoring accounts receivable, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships. This role also contributes to month-end close activities, specifically B2C revenue reconciliations, and collaborates with various teams to support smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and review customer invoices based on contract terms and purchase orders.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Collections Management: Lead customer collections and maintain positive client relationships.
• DSO Management: Proactively engage customers to ensure timely collections and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Month-End Close Support: Support month-end close activities related to billing and Accounts Receivable.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, and Sales teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with indirect tax compliance calculations and other recurring revenue close items.
• Reconciliations: Prepare B2C revenue reconciliations in accordance with the month-end close schedule.
