The Billing & Reconciliation Representative will review and reconcile the monthly census for hospice patients. They will assist in preparing monthly customer invoices and address various billing issues related to hospice accounts. The role involves working within defined parameters to meet work expectations and quality standards, with some autonomy in prioritization and timing, operating under minimal direction and following standard policies that allow for interpretation and independent discretion.
