Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience with customer collections, a minimum of 1 year of experience with a Revenue Recognition billing platform (Maxio strongly preferred; Chargebee or similar software also acceptable), experience with SalesForce CRM, and experience with customer vendor portal (Coupa, Tungsten, Ariba etc). Strong communication skills, an understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for transaction processing and invoicing through the billing platform, following up on past due invoices for payment and resolving disputes, managing the AR email inbox to address customer payments and inquiries, managing requests from internal team members (CSM/AE) for billing updates and customer information, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues, providing support for the month-end close process, and collaborating with the team to assist with all Account Receivable functions.
