1-2 years of experience in Customer Service oriented positions
Knowledge of Billing procedures with great customer service focus
Knowledge of Billing Process: Proficient in reconciling and reviewing disputed invoices; Knowledgeable about Price Variance Calculation and capable of calculating price variances for incorrect customer billing
Multi-tasking and Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented approach; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers, maintaining a high customer service focus
Willing to work the night shift
Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, in Cubao or Ortigas)
Responsibilities
Provide customer service and help regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers
Assist Customers via Calls and Chat
Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customers regarding their billing concerns
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer
Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory
