Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service oriented positions
- Knowledge of Billing procedures with great customer service focus
- Knowledge of Billing Process: Proficient in reconciling and reviewing disputed invoices; Knowledgeable about Price Variance Calculation and capable of calculating price variances for incorrect customer billing
- Multi-tasking and Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented approach; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers, maintaining a high customer service focus
- Willing to work the night shift
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, in Cubao or Ortigas)
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and help regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist Customers via Calls and Chat
- Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customers regarding their billing concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer
- Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory
