Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools is also required, along with the ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment.
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Customer Support Representative will assist potential customers with navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes, as well as work with existing customers to answer and resolve basic administrative and billing questions. They will contribute to the Support team’s mission by responding to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly, documenting customer interactions in support ticketing software, and proposing process and product solutions to improve the customer experience.
