Job Summary

As a member of a high-performing team, you will provide customer service via chat, phone, and email, representing the SimplyInsured brand and fulfilling our mission to eliminate fear from health insurance.

Work Schedule: Must be available to work a PM shift from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining health insurance quotes.
  • Respond to and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled quickly and thoroughly.
  • Contribute to the Support team's mission of delighting customers and reducing the fear associated with purchasing and using health insurance.
  • Communicate with customers using multiple channels (phone, chat, email) and document interactions using support ticketing software.
  • Propose process and product solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing skills.
  • Highly productive with good multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for helping people, particularly with health-related matters.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools.
  • Fantastic oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to help businesses maximize their healthcare.

Compensation Details

The base salary for this position starts at $15.00 per hour. Compensation is market-based and may vary depending on a candidate's experience, industry expertise, technical skills, and location. Total compensation includes bonus eligibility based on performance objectives and company stock options.
