Candidates should possess proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a bilingual environment, and fluency in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is also necessary, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
The Bilingual Spanish-English Sales Representative will conduct sales activities to promote and sell products/services to potential customers, follow up on customer orders, communicate with customers in both Spanish and English to address inquiries and resolve issues, build and maintain strong customer relationships, track and report on sales activities, collaborate with the sales team, provide excellent customer service, stay updated with product knowledge, assist in preparing sales materials, and manage customer records in the CRM system.
