The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for users, addressing inquiries and providing information about courses, proactively contact potential customers from the user leads list, offering detailed course consultations, maintain strong relationships with current customers by providing excellent service and support, maintain accurate customer records, collaborate with the team to communicate customer feedback and improve products and services, stay updated on course offerings and policies, and participate periodically in training webinars to learn about educational information and product details.
