Strong communication skills to make customers feel welcome, identify client needs, present and answer questions about products/services, and recommend solutions
Positive attitude and desire to promptly resolve customer issues or complaints
Proven work experience as a (Bike) Mechanic or similar role
Willing and enthusiastic about selling the product to potential riders, ideally with a track record of achieving sales targets
Professional or personal experience in a technical field, ideally repairing bicycles including motorbikes, e-mopeds, or even cars
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles; cool and calm operator capable of diffusing heated situations and turning irate customers into promoters
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Interest and knowledge in mobility, micro mobility, or e-bikes

Responsibilities

Provide accurate information to customers (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services) and answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Build, repair, and service bikes to the highest standards, including diagnosing required services, fault finding, and performing mechanic repairs on Zoomo e-bikes to ensure they return to riders in safe and fully operational condition
Support efforts to recover lost and stolen bikes
Ensure riders have an awesome and seamless in-person support experience
Walk riders through the on-boarding process and help existing riders troubleshoot issues
Meet store sales targets in collaboration with the team
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain store H&S compliance and housekeeping standards, including visual marketing and merchandising
Improve brand awareness and support marketing activities in Berlin to grow the customer base
Ensure customers leave the store satisfied and contribute to the store’s profitability
