Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience, in a multinational/global organisation, including at least 3 years of HR experience in the UK
  • Experience managing and protecting confidential data
  • Prior experience managing outsourced vendors
  • Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions
  • Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration
  • Experience with project management, SharePoint, Teams
  • Good literacy skills (grammar, spelling, ability to proofread)
  • Understanding of communication strategy: messaging, style, branding, tactics
  • Ensure familiarity with company procedures. Apply policies in compliance with government laws

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement and wellbeing strategy
  • Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and your partners to ensure that all plans are compliant with regulations and company policies
  • Lead implementation and project manage implementation of new programmes and plan design changes
  • Analyse programme use, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing programmes
  • Help develop all benefits, retirement and wellbeing communications
  • Organise and present content logically, and ensure completeness of content, maintaining documents to keep current
  • Support benefits processes such as renewal, survey participation, and second tier benefits query escalation
  • Help create business cases for benefits implementation in Europe, Middle East and Africa (market benchmark, research of legal requirements, cost estimations)
  • Provide customer service to relevant partners (e.g. employees, internal partners, external vendors)
