Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and Manage Benefits Plans:
    • Partner with third-party providers and insurers to renew existing benefits and secure new agreements on behalf of clients.
    • Enable clients to compare and select from multiple providers, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
  • Build and Expand a Network of Local Brokers:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local brokers to ensure regional expertise and compliance.
    • Collaborate with local brokers to tailor benefits to country-specific regulations and employee needs.
  • Customize and Launch Benefits Packages Globally:
    • Design and implement custom benefits plans that align with client needs and budget.
    • Oversee the launch of benefits programs across multiple countries.
