Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in benefits administration, specifically related to leave of absence and accommodations programs. Strong knowledge of U.S., U.K., Canadian, and Israeli employment laws and regulations is required, along with experience in administering domestic and global employee benefit programs, including annual renewals and Open Enrollment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Benefits Analyst, Leaves and Accommodations will oversee the global leave of absence and accommodations program in partnership with a third-party administrator, provide leave of absence and accommodations expertise to employees and internal stakeholders, coordinate with Payroll to support leave-related wage payments, assist in administrating domestic and global employee benefit programs, partner with Accounting and Payroll for reporting, collaborate with Benefits Team and brokers for renewals and Open Enrollment, ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments in ADP WorkforceNow, draft benefit communications, document administrative procedures, and develop employee wellness initiatives.
