Leave Configuration Analyst

Position Overview

The Leave Configuration Analyst is responsible for the implementation, setup, and maintenance of employee benefits products, with an emphasis on supporting disability and leave. This role ensures quality standards and configuration timelines are met.

Work Location: FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or work from any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Completes system configuration for new clients, products, services, and amendments, including data review and analysis against system and product requirements.
  • Participates in implementation meetings and contributes to problem-solving for complex products within system requirements.
  • Understands how system rules affect all departments and possesses an advanced understanding of system integrations between administration and claims systems for leave administration.
  • Collaborates and problem-solves effectively with business partners.
  • Coordinates deadlines and works cross-functionally with data teams to meet file processing expectations and deadlines.
  • Independently prioritizes work with an understanding of customer needs and impact across the Voya ecosystem.
  • Processes mass administration system data changes and monitors accounts and reports for accuracy.
  • Runs data extracts and ad hoc reports.
  • Participates on project teams and process enhancements, including coordinating and completing user acceptance testing.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of insurance knowledge and product plan design.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to meet required deadlines and goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work during peak seasons.
  • Requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Leave & Disability plan knowledge preferred.

The annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position.
