The Behavioral Health Population Health Lead will monitor performance, recommend enhancements, and identify cost of care opportunities, partnering with a team to execute strategic initiatives and relationships. This role involves developing and managing governance processes, conducting research projects, establishing key metrics, collaborating with data teams, building processes for integrating learning practices, and working with internal and external partners to achieve shared goals and monitor progress. Additionally, the lead will utilize their skills to make an impact, travel to market areas, and build positive relationships to support Humana, its partners, and the people they serve.
