  • Ability to complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training and ongoing training programs
  • Plugged in to sales goals, product knowledge, and selling skills

Responsibilities

  • Seek out customers in the beauty zone to provide personalized sales service, upselling, suggestive selling, and follow-up to build relationships
  • Engage customers in conversation, listen to needs, and provide specialized sales advice to stimulate sales
  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and proper application using store facilities
  • Participate in and represent company sales programs, events, CVS Beauty Club, promotions, and in-store events to close sales
  • Create and maintain product displays, end caps, promotional materials, and ensure area is well-stocked, well-merchandised, clean, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Execute CVS tester sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleansing policies timely and compliantly
  • Complete onboarding and ongoing training/educational programs to maintain current sales, product knowledge, and skills per company policies
  • Execute sales plan by meeting sales budget, tracking progress, participating in sales training meetings and calls on programs, promotions, new items, brand launches, and goals
  • Compete to beat prior sales goals and maximize sales budget
  • Maintain a beautiful, clean, and positive shopping experience in the assigned beauty zone
