Candidates must possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, with fluency in both German and English. A minimum of one year of experience in sales pipeline generation, with a proven track record in inbound and outbound sales, is required. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is necessary, along with strong organizational and time management abilities. A growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability are also essential qualities.
The primary responsibility is to generate and qualify outbound leads through phone, email, social media, and video, while also managing inbound inquiries. This role involves proactively prospecting into new and existing commercial/enterprise accounts, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers. Collaboration with Marketing and Account Executives is expected to achieve shared goals, and continuous learning to deepen product understanding and master the tech stack is encouraged.
