Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of blending/machine operator experience preferred
Experience working in a food, dietary or pharmaceutical supplement manufacturing, or related manufacturing industry strongly desired
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to drive a forklift or become forklift certified on site
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform duties (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Responsibilities

Perform and accurately record product and raw materials inventory with a high attention to detail
Operate tanks that stir and mix various production materials
Utilize pumps, filters, and scales throughout the blending process
Verify the weight of raw materials before adding them
Accurately complete labels and blend information sheets
Take samples to QC for approval
Ensure the safe transport and storage of materials
Performs other duties as assigned
