Responsibilities

As a Banner Finance Consultant, responsibilities include collaborating with business units to understand financial operations and requirements, consulting with clients to utilize technological tools to improve business processes, configuring the Banner financial module to meet business needs, providing expertise in using Banner to improve and automate business processes within the finance office at a college or university, assisting in testing and implementation of financial software, troubleshooting issues related to system usage, configuration, and data integrity, and providing end-user training and support documentation, as well as keeping abreast of industry changes and recommending system enhancements to increase efficiency.
