Responsibilities
- Gerenciar a unidade de negócio do segmento Empresas de clientes com target de R$ 3 MM a R$ 30 MM ano, garantindo que todas as ações sejam direcionadas para o aproveitamento das oportunidades comerciais
- Impulsionar o resultado e a carreira do time (capacitando e treinando)
- Zelar pela qualidade, de acordo com normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo banco e órgãos reguladores
- Acompanhamento estratégico dos Gerentes Empresas
- Fomentar negócios e conquistar novos clientes
- Prezar pela qualidade do atendimento e satisfação dos clientes
