Responsibilities

  • Promote, develop, and maintain a productive long-term relationship with your client
  • Understand the client's needs and requirements, aligned with knowledge of buyers, categories, and the market
  • Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and innovations through the execution of marketing strategies, working in conjunction with internal areas
  • Prepare sales volume forecasts, plans, and metrics for data analysis
  • Financial planning for customer payments
  • Develop business strategies related to consumer needs, generating insights into behavior, trends, correlations, and suggestions for action plans when necessary
  • Understand the needs and requirements of the channel/category, aligned with knowledge of key stakeholders in the market (shoppers, consumers, GTM players, store owners, and second sales force)
  • Create trade and sales strategies for a channel/brand
  • Prepare volume forecasts and financial planning according to the general company/channel/brand metrics and objectives
