The AWS Solution Architect requires experience working across a portfolio of managed services engagements as the AWS expert, ensuring customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash customers, and conducting technology assessment and audits to identify the need for moving to a CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
As an Onward Managed Services AWS Solution Architect, the role involves facilitating business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes, educating customers on the value proposition of AWS, participating in deep architectural discussions, leading discovery for customers, building ROIs for projects, delivering presentations and estimates, translating customer requirements into contact center design, overseeing and mentoring technical teams, communicating technical concepts clearly, driving best practice contact center design, and managing all aspects of project and customer delivery.
