Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing technical teams, with experience managing Managers being an advantage for Senior Manager roles. An AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification is required, along with strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture, security, compliance, and automation. Proven experience in leading technical teams to drive innovation and efficiency, as well as experience in the Contact Center domain, particularly with Amazon Connect, is necessary. Knowledge of AI/ML-driven solutions is also required.
The AWS Manager will act as an AWS subject matter expert, providing leadership and guidance to internal teams, and coaching, mentoring, and developing junior AWS team members. They will conduct performance reviews, manage project resource staffing, utilization, and capacity planning, and drive hiring strategies to support organizational growth. Responsibilities also include building and leading high-performing teams, establishing and overseeing OKRs, and collaborating with business leaders to prioritize initiatives. The role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing AWS solutions, overseeing cloud governance, automation, and DevOps best practices, and leading complex AWS projects. Additionally, the manager will drive innovation in Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and ensure seamless integration between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud.
