Requirements

Ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance activities and predictive diagnostics such as adjustments, replacement of machine parts, and replacement of 24VDC electronic components
Ability to use Robotic Pendants to home and reset Robots as needed
Ability to investigate, identify, and correct inefficiencies in machine performance; diagnose mechanical wear, alignment, adjustment, and setup issues
Ability to clean and lubricate while supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Ability to document required information on manufacturing logs and/or POMS system and initiate work orders in Maximo
Ability to notify Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor and take appropriate action if safety, quality, discrepancy, or major mechanical issues occur
Ability to identify process improvements on existing processes and equipment
Ability to work with Maintenance team to analyze machine failures for root cause and implement corrective actions
Ability to assist and support establishment of machine parameters, performing validations and protocols
Ability to participate in Continuous Improvement, Project and Safety Teams, Lean Initiatives, Value Stream led activities, and defect prevention programs
Ability to support project work to improve and modify assigned production equipment; assist in the installation of new manufacturing equipment
Ability to assist in annual inspections
Ability to ensure the proper use, care, and storage of tools and equipment
Ability to train new associates on responsible processes
Ability to communicate with outgoing shift personnel to obtain information regarding problems with machines, materials, etc., and review point of use tool inventory
Ability to learn, understand, and apply rigorous quality standards

Responsibilities
