Field Auditor - RES Service

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote


Position Overview

The Field Auditor for the RES service is responsible for collecting information regarding product categories of interest through a sample of establishments. This data collection allows for the estimation of the universe with adequate precision, a process referred to as the Master Sample of Retail Establishments. The data is gathered using a methodology of planned visits to AGEBs (Age Distribution Blocks) and city blocks.


Responsibilities

  • Collect data in retail and consumer establishments.
  • Familiarize yourself with the "Manual de Instrucciones para el Encuestador de la Muestra Maestra" (Master Sample Surveyor Instruction Manual).
  • Utilize maps and CDAR Mobile effectively to navigate and locate yourself correctly in the field (for city blocks and rural localities).
  • Visit all selected city blocks within all selected urban AGEBs.
  • Complete the programmed questionnaire in DCT for all establishments.
  • Update information on the universe of retail (RMS) and consumer (OP) establishments, including:
    • Number of establishments.
    • Sales volume by type of establishment.
    • Physical characteristics of establishments.
    • Classification of establishment type.

About You

A Field Auditor is an autonomous individual, process-oriented, with a high quality of service, observant, and with strong attention to detail. You are a proactive and results-driven person who enjoys teamwork, exploring your locality, and traveling when required. You participate in internal activities and are open to constant change.


Requirements

  • Minimum Education: High School incomplete (preferred).
  • Desirable Experience: Sales, operational roles (e.g., warehouse worker, driver, cashier), and field work.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Basic knowledge of the Android operating system.
    • Availability to travel.
    • Resilience.
    • Conflict management.
    • Autonomy.
    • Numerical ability (basic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
    • Adherence to rules.
    • Results orientation.

Additional Information

  • Living Area: Dependent on the locality where required.
  • Current Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
