Requirements

Candidates should possess a baseline knowledge of digital marketing with at least one year of experience working in digital advertising, along with strong project management skills, tireless attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and prioritize to commit to on-time delivery, every time. Solid Excel skills, experience using the Google office suite, and facility for learning new platforms and technologies are also required, as is the ability to learn independently using open resources and help docs.

Responsibilities

The Audience Programmatic Ad Operations Associate will process and distribute Crossix Audience segments programmatically via LiveRamp, Throtle, and other onboarders to DSP, SSP, CTV, Social, and other media destinations, maintain trackers, coordinate with account teams, manage operations tasks, track issues in Jira, and own internal team communication. They will also manage inbound audience segment requests, direct customer support for media platforms and agency advertising customers, identify appropriate segment distribution methods, troubleshoot audience segment delivery issues, and escalate operational issues with suggested solutions.
