The Audience Programmatic Ad Operations Associate will process and distribute Crossix Audience segments programmatically via LiveRamp, Throtle, and other onboarders to DSP, SSP, CTV, Social, and other media destinations, maintain trackers, coordinate with account teams, manage operations tasks, track issues in Jira, and own internal team communication. They will also manage inbound audience segment requests, direct customer support for media platforms and agency advertising customers, identify appropriate segment distribution methods, troubleshoot audience segment delivery issues, and escalate operational issues with suggested solutions.
