The Associate VP, Business Development and Sales Support will spearhead the CenterWell Home Health growth agenda by focusing on innovative sales approaches to new and existing referral source segments. This role involves driving consistent and scalable sales execution, overseeing a team responsible for sales onboarding, training, performance reporting, sales operating procedures, incentive programs, and compliance. The AVP will leverage data and market intelligence to enhance sales strategies, cultivate long-term referral partnerships, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to evolve the operating model and sales structure.
