Responsibilities

The Associate VP, Business Development and Sales Support will spearhead the CenterWell Home Health growth agenda by focusing on innovative sales approaches to new and existing referral source segments. This role involves driving consistent and scalable sales execution, overseeing a team responsible for sales onboarding, training, performance reporting, sales operating procedures, incentive programs, and compliance. The AVP will leverage data and market intelligence to enhance sales strategies, cultivate long-term referral partnerships, and collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to evolve the operating model and sales structure. Key responsibilities include leading the sales support team, defining consistent ways of working across departments, standardizing the sales cycle, informing financial analysis and growth targets, driving revenue growth through large account strategies, developing sales strategies for new opportunities, supporting business cases for new product development, informing payer contracting strategy, consolidating growth ideas, analyzing the competitive landscape, and defining the evolving state of sales and business development.
