Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of sales management experience selling SaaS solutions, with at least 4 years leading a strategic team focused on growing revenue within an existing customer base, and a proven track record of driving strategic revenue growth in a high-growth Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment. They should also demonstrate experience with multi-threaded sales techniques in large enterprises and possess a customer-first mindset, along with exceptional communication and influencing skills, and an interest in design, design thinking, agile, and/or lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

The Associate Vice President, Strategic Accounts will oversee Mural’s most critical customer segment, driving the strategy, performance, and growth of this segment while building deep, trusted relationships with key customers and serving as a senior executive sponsor. They will lead, build, and retain a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on customer advocacy, strategic growth, and exceeding revenue targets, acting as a trusted mentor and coach, translating strategy into action, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Additionally, they will develop sales plays, coverage models, and forecasting processes, differentiate Mural’s value by understanding customer goals, and drive forecasting, pipeline strategy, and performance reviews to improve operational discipline and accountability.
