Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of product leadership experience, including scale-up and/or post-acquisition environments, and demonstrated success collaborating with GTM, Engineering, and external strategic partners. They should have owned both Product and Design teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS or platform company, along with experience building and leading diverse, high-performing product teams globally. Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems (integrations, HRIS, LMS, etc) and digital transformation is a strong plus, and previous experience navigating enterprise acquisition environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President of Product will own the Product Vision, iterating on it to align with business goals and Accenture’s strategy, and translating strategic goals into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes. They will lead and develop talent by recruiting, growing, and retaining a diverse team of high-performing Product Management and Design leaders, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Accenture stakeholders to align roadmaps with broader business priorities. Additionally, they will deliver impact by prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and strategic fit, advocating relentlessly for user needs while balancing technical feasibility and commercial goals, and driving communication and alignment across teams and executives.
