The Opportunity

Flock Safety is seeking an Associate Technician to support our critical asset redeployment process. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, testing, and preparing returned devices for reuse. Your key duties will include inspecting assets, verifying their functionality, and maintaining product quality before they are redeployed to customers. As our systems continue to grow, your work will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and reliable operations, guaranteeing that every redeployed asset meets our high standards and supports our mission of delivering dependable technology at scale.

The Skillset

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or assembly environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and email.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Physically capable of performing receiving and material handling activities.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to complete Flock Safety forklift certification.
• Work Ethic & Soft Skills:
  • Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Commitment to working safely, prioritizing personal and team safety in daily operations.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers.
  • Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
