Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. They must have at least 1-2 years of experience in related responsibilities based on their education level, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Technical qualifications include proficiency in Windows Server components like IIS, MSMQ, and Active Directory, experience managing and deploying solutions on MS Azure, configuration and administration of MS SQL Server, understanding of XML and application configurations, and knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP, HTTPS, TLS/SSL.
The Associate Systems Engineer will be responsible for researching, training, and applying support for all product-related infrastructure issues using leading IT technologies, building, deploying, and maintaining diverse system environments for all product versions from initiation to delivery. They will also conduct system deployment for a complex and broad system architecture and possess excellent working knowledge in Systems, IT, Networking, and Protocols.
