A deep interest in translating customer needs into technical solutions is essential, along with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of industry experience, which can include internships, focusing on data analytics, pre-sales, solution architecture, or data engineering. The ability to present technical topics to diverse audiences is also required.
The Associate Solution Engineer will participate in the Snowmaker training program, which includes comprehensive technical and sales skills training. Upon completion, they will present Snowflake technology to executives and technical contributors, work hands-on with Solution Engineers to demonstrate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle, and maintain a deep understanding of competitive technologies. They will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and provide ongoing technical guidance to customers.
