The Associate Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist will provide administrative support to the sales function, including preparing forecasts, coordinating meetings, and conducting statistical analysis on sales data to ensure optimal sales execution. They will develop territorial sales quotas, maintain sales systems, instruct sales staff on accessing information, administer commission incentive budgets, and perform sales calculations.
