Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value
  • Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate findings with Regional Manager and supporting Sales Representative(s) to exceed goals
  • Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance
  • Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory of products and assist customers as needed
  • Cover open territories as required to grow in responsibilities
