Responsibilities

  • Support sales efforts by assisting Regional Manager and Strategic Sales team in identifying growth opportunities and collaborating on strategic plans
  • Conduct education sessions, including in-service training for healthcare facility staff across multiple shifts on updates and program benefits
  • Analyze data on device usage and collection trends to create actionable strategies for maximizing customer engagement and sales potential
  • Strengthen relationships by fostering partnerships with key decision-makers, providing ongoing support, and addressing needs proactively
  • Facilitate program implementation by coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless rollout and contract execution
  • Monitor performance by tracking collection compliance, sales performance, and customer satisfaction to identify growth areas
  • Problem-solve as a single point of contact for resolving customer concerns and driving program improvements
