Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of why (and how) brands and agencies use MNTN: what drives them, what challenges they face, and what outcomes they seek
  • Work alongside the Senior Product Marketing Manager, stepping into project roles and helping drive execution
  • Serve as a bridge between Sales, Content, and Design, helping to turn insights and customer feedback into concrete assets
  • Create compelling sales marketing content: including case studies, email communications, one sheets, slides, learning and enablement pieces, and more
  • Contribute to customer journey mapping, segmentation, and program planning
  • Gather, synthesize, and act on voice-of-customer feedback to inform marketing strategy
  • Measure, report, and optimize on the impact of sales marketing efforts
  • Be proactive in spotting gaps, making improvements, and experimenting with new approaches to customer engagement
