Associate Sales Manager - Retail Collaboration Program

Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-time US Role: Must be in the US at the time of application to be considered.

Position Overview

As an Associate Sales Manager, you will support all aspects of sales, contribute to managing revenue impact, and utilize insights for your assigned targets within a dedicated Retail Collaboration Program.

Responsibilities

Your success will be driven by three core areas:

  • Support your manager in executing against annual sales targets through new client acquisition and retention/upselling of existing clients.
  • Demonstrate value through insights, helping clients turn data into action and building strong internal and external partnerships to support sales and customer success efforts.
  • Craft compelling business cases, lead impactful presentations demonstrating the value proposition to Suppliers, and show how our insights drive ROI and urgency to collaborate.

You translate data into value, demonstrate clear ROI, and create urgency—backed by strong communication and negotiation skills that move conversations forward.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, a first experience in a related industry or 2+ years in a non-related industry.
  • Essential sales skills and expertise in target scope.
  • Essential understanding of the data analytics industry, business model, products, services, and solutions.
  • Essential understanding of market trends and their interdependencies impacting customers.
  • Ability to expand and adapt approach according to market, account, technical needs, language, and knowledge of specific systems, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $62,300.00 - $70,000.00 (Anticipated base compensation. Actual salaries will vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.)
  • This role may be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
