Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering from top universities with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience OR Master’s in Science, Pharmacy or Engineering from top universities with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Demonstrated strong technical mastery in current project with technical rigor
Understand business/project needs, define and align learning plan consistent with project priorities
Operate lab experiments independently with strong observational skills to inform improvements
Execute with excellence: deliver and document accurate results of broad range of consumer tests reliably to drive decision making
Understand and apply relevant SOPs, CBAs etc. to ensure compliance
Able to troubleshoot and define complex technical problems, seek internal/external resources timely
High level of technical curiosity, seek new knowledge/approaches to improve reliability, productivity, robustness
PR and basic PD skills and experiences strongly desired (not mandatory if learning agility demonstrated)
Problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot issues and implement systemic fixes
Influencing skills: strong leadership and influencing across organizational levels
Collaboration skills: ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
Open to travel within India and abroad

Responsibilities

Lead and qualify winning product proposition via consumer and technical evaluations
Lead learning plan proposal and execute broad range of consumer researches
Identify insights translatable into winning product innovation or consumer appeal claims through hands-on experiments
Identify key consumer claims and lead claim support
Lead demo development, validation, documentation and approval process
Lead development of formula cards supporting regional material qualifications, BCPs (Business Continuity Planning) and product qualifications
Lead monthly consumer comments monitor, analysis, follow-up and share recommendations on trends vs predictions
Coordinate and manage technical testing via collaboration with Analytical team in other sites
Contribute to planning and execution of broad range of technical tests, summarize independently, make correlations to observations
Communicate results clearly and concisely to manager/coach/co-workers and team
Take personal ownership for assigned work, demonstrate confidence in data, results, recommendations
Leverage technical knowledge, infrastructure, insights to optimize experimentation
