The On-Site Project Manager will work with cross-functional leaders including design, engineering, supply chain, finance, installation, commissioning, testing, operations, suppliers, and the customer to plan and implement automation solutions at client sites. The Implementation Project Manager's primary goal is to ensure the teams are aligned, plans are executed, issues/risks are managed effectively, and communications are crisp to ensure the successful execution of technical projects. This position will be a highly visible role and will interact with all departments and levels across the company including customers and Symbotic’s executive management.

Location: Remote, travel-based position. For this remote role, we’re looking for someone on the West Coast to ensure sufficient on-site collaboration with current team members in Red Bluff, CA and Loveland, CO. You will travel to either site location respectively.
