Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in roles with exposure to the product development lifecycle and modern software development techniques. An affinity for understanding and solving complex problems, experience working with Product Managers, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is helpful, and experience working with a software product company is a major plus.

Responsibilities

The Associate Product Manager will support the Product Management team by building product objectives and roadmaps, while leading execution teams in bringing compelling, viable solutions to fruition. This role involves working with the PM team to implement mechanisms to measure and inform product performance and future functionality, assisting in optimizing the development roadmap, and identifying and removing roadblocks to achieve timely product delivery. The position also requires collaborating multi-functionally to enable the company to build, sell, market, and support products, and developing personal expertise in product management craft and new tools and techniques.
