Requirements

Responsibilities

The New Grad Buyer will partner with engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support new product launches, field campaigns, and ongoing projects. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimizing supplier selection, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The role involves managing purchasing activities using MRP/SAP tools, ensuring accurate inventory, order placement, and resolution of material shortages. Additionally, the buyer will identify and mitigate supply chain risks, support supplier negotiations, RFQs, and contract activities to drive cost efficiency, service levels, and on-time delivery.
