Responsibilities

In partnership with Principals, develop project proposals and statements of work to design, scope, and plan projects addressing key client business needs
Actively assist in identification and staffing of teams to design, develop, and deliver strategic/analytic insights, tools, and models per approved scope
Lead internal project teams through team meetings, ensuring client reports, presentations, tools, or models meet expected quality and functionality
Leverage expertise to identify strategic alternatives and approaches to address client questions effectively and efficiently
As project leader, serve as primary point of contact for client deliverables, ongoing relationship development, and management
Ensure clear communication with clients and provide follow-up after projects
Lead and manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Develop new approaches and methodologies to address client business questions, improving market access, policy, and analytical modeling capabilities
Contribute to new business development by working with Principals to build and maintain client relationships at assigned accounts
