Candidates must have a proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle Oracle programs. They should be recognized experts in Oracle, consistently demonstrating the ability to align functional areas with business requirements to support company vision, and possess proven thought leadership within the field of Oracle, including production and syndication.
The Associate Partner will lead sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programs at key clients, shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities, managing proposal development, achieving consulting revenue and operating margin targets, and driving the implementation of Oracle solutions. The role also involves managing business opportunities at key accounts, strengthening Infosys Consulting's position with clients, ensuring consistent delivery of services on time and within cost, and providing leadership and professional development guidance to subordinate managers.
