Responsibilities

  • Build fluency in dashboards and data for contract obligations
  • Translate data into meaningful presentations on contract performance
  • Project manage and track follow-ups from external meetings
  • Collaborate with Sr. Manager and Sr. Director on Joint Operating Committee meetings
  • Build and manage new templates for the Partner Success team
  • Lead documentation of process optimization efforts
  • Coordinate efforts to improve contract performance and enhance care coordination
  • Collaborate across the organization to meet deliverables and milestones
  • Work with the data team to generate reporting for care coordination and performance management
  • Regularly communicate project status, barriers, and updates to stakeholders
