Requirements

  • 1-3+ years' experience working in a healthcare company (experience with a management consulting firm a plus)
  • A “commercial mindset” to help meet high growth goals (experience at an early to mid-stage start-up company a plus)
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a specific focus on value-based care (experience with Medicaid health plans a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability and flexibility to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask across projects in a variety of subject matter areas
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to learn, grow quickly, with a bias for action
  • Willingness to travel (20%)

Responsibilities

  • Build fluency in the suite of dashboards and data available to report against contract obligations
  • Translate available data into meaningful, story-telling presentations related to contract performance (e.g., enrollment, utilization, quality measures)
  • Project manage and track next steps and follow-ups from external meetings through to completion
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Partner Success and Sr. Director, Partner Success to support Joint Operating Committee meetings with clients and Internal Contract Management Meetings with senior leadership
  • Build and manage new templates for the Partner Success team as opportunities to standardize present themselves
  • Lead documentation of process optimization efforts for the Partner Success team as opportunities to streamline present themselves
  • Coordinate efforts to improve contract performance, enhance care coordination, or solve pain points within the attributed population
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure all deliverables and milestones are met with quality and excellence
  • Work closely with the data team to generate reporting that supports care coordination and performance management with each client
  • Regularly communicate project status, barriers, risks, and updates to key stakeholders across the organization
