Requirements

Passion and commitment to reimagining pediatric healthcare
Knack for building strong relationships and partnerships
Excellent project management skills
Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
1-3+ years' experience working in a healthcare company (management consulting a plus)
"Commercial mindset" to help the company meet its high growth goals
Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, with a focus on value-based care (Medicaid experience a plus)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing company
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Build fluency in dashboards and data for contract obligations
Translate data into meaningful presentations on contract performance
Project manage and track follow-ups from external meetings
Collaborate with Sr. Manager and Sr. Director on Joint Operating Committee meetings
Build and manage new templates for the Partner Success team
Lead documentation of process optimization efforts
Coordinate efforts to improve contract performance and enhance care coordination
Collaborate across the organization to meet deliverables and milestones
Work with the data team to generate reporting for care coordination and performance management
Regularly communicate project status, barriers, and updates to stakeholders
