A Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline and 6 years relevant experience in a team based regulated manufacturing environment are required. Desired qualifications include a recognized qualification in Lean Manufacturing.
The role includes direct responsibility for a team of process optimization engineers, mentoring and developing them, leading engineering excellence initiatives, and deputizing for the Automation & Digitalisation Manager.
Strong candidates will have excellent analytical skills, proven experience practicing lean tools, excellent interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration, and a demonstrated ability to coach and guide others.
