  • Capability to assess business/operational needs for efficiency/productivity/effectiveness/accuracy improvements
  • Familiarity with project standards: Charter, RACI Model/Roles and Responsibilities, Governance Structure, Project Plan, Risk/Issues Tracking
  • Understanding of financial ROI
  • Strong organization and effective communication skills (oral and written) with project stakeholders, including senior/executive leadership
  • Ability to conduct meetings and disseminate communication (agendas, minutes, project planning documents)
  • Experience coordinating deliverables with business owners and maintaining/driving project plans
